Aravindha Sametha Trailer Breakdown: 5 things to watch out for in NTR’s action-drama

The much-awaited theatrical trailer of Junior NTR’s action-revenge-drama ‘Aravindha Sametha’ has been released by Kalyanram during the pre-release event which happened yesterday amid massive fanfare. Both the brothers who recently lost their father Nandamuri Harikrishna made their first public appearance after the tragedy in their household. The evening turned quite emotional in no time as Tarak broke down while remembering the association with his father. Throughout his speech, the talented actor recalled his father’s perspective towards life, work and die-hard fans.

Coming to films, Tarak seems to be having a dream run at the box-office with four back-to-back hits since ‘Temper’ in 2015. The 35-year-old actor has reinvented himself in terms of appearance, story-selection, screen-presence, and is focussing more on attempting content-driven films. When NTR announced his collaboration with maverick filmmaker & ‘wizard of words’ Trivikram Srinivas for Aravindha Sametha; Telugu filmgoers knew that there is something special on the cards.

As expected, the teaser and lyrical songs of the film opened to phenomenal response from all quarters. Loaded with action, romance, sentiment and drama, the 130-second trailer video promised a sure-shot blockbuster for Tarak and Trivikram. As the release date October 11 is right around the corner, here are 5 things to watch out for in the NTR – Pooja Hegde starrer.

2/6

Junior NTR’s stunning body transformation and intense acting

The Nandamuri scion underwent an impressive physical transformation for his powerful role in ‘Aravindha Sametha’. After flaunting his six-pack abs in the promos, the ‘Janatha Garage’ actor’s chiselled physique became the talk of the town in Tollywood. He worked with popular fitness trainer Lloyd Stevens for several months to get ripped for the film.

Not only physique but NTR’s striking chemistry with Pooja Hegde and his gripping act during emotional scenes will be a treat to watch on the silver screen. During the pre-release event, NTR himself admitted that there is a lot of scope to perform as an actor in this film.

3/6

High-octane action sequences

A Junior NTR’s film is certainly incomplete without powerful fights and high-octane action moments. And Trivikram is a mastermind at showcasing them with utter ease. The story of ‘Aravindha Sametha’ is set against the backdrop of faction villages in the Rayalaseema region and going by the promos, heavy-dose of action is guaranteed. The leaked fight sequence from the film already showed a lot of violence, and the scene where NTR and Naga Babu are attacked by a horde of ruffians literally gives you goosebumps.

4/6

Dialogues & Direction by the ‘wizard of words’

Trivikram Srinivas has a lot to prove with ‘Aravinda Sametha’, especially after the disastrous result of Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Agnyaathavaasi’. Considered his first attempt at faction stories, the dialogues in the teaser and trailer are evoking the interest of the audience big-time. According to many, the ‘Jalsa’ director gave it all for the action-drama and worked his heart out. He succeeded in extracting wonderful songs from the music composer and the action-bits are brilliant to watch. Looks like the ‘wizard of words’ has craved a sure-shot blockbuster.

5/6

Meaningful songs and breath-taking BGM

All four songs in this S Thaman musical turned out to become chartbusters within a short time. Especially, ‘Yeda Poyinado’ sung by Kailash Kher and Penchal Das, and ‘Peniviti’ crooned by MM Keeravani’s son Kaala Bhairava have garnered superb response and reactions from all quarters. The breath-taking background music composed by S Thaman is quite evident in the trailer, and it resonates the mood of the scene perfectly.

6/6

Pooja Hegde, Sunil and Jagapathi Babu

Popular for her alluring glamour, Pooja Hegde has finally bagged a role where she gets to perform. She plays the titular role of Aravindha and her sizzling dance moves in ‘Reddy Ikkada Soodu’ song will surely be a treat for masses. Sunil is marking his re-entry as a full-fledged comedian with Aravindha Sametha and seems to have earned a meaty role. Jagapathi Babu is portraying the villainous role of a rival head and going by his raw & rustic look, the veteran actor seems to have nailed it once again.
