Anupam Kher catches up with Nagarjuna and Amala Akkineni in Hyderabad

Bollywood actor Anupam Kher was in Hyderabad to promote his book and while here, he happened to catch up with Tollywood actor Nagarjuna Akkineni and his wife Amala.
The duo had previously worked together in films like Mr Bechara and had a lot to catch up on. Revealing that his conversation with the coupled ranged about everything from the pandemic and outdoor locations to cinema, Robert De Niro and film schools, Anupam shared pictures with Nag, Amala and Akhil Akkineni’s dog Drogo.
He wrote, “Thank you dearest @akkineniamala and #Nagarjuna for a wonderful evening and healthy delicious food. I love this cool couple. We revived our memories of working together. Talked about film schools, pandemic, outdoor locations, cinema and #RobertDeNiro. Loved the trailer of his film releasing tomorrow #WildDog. Nagarjuna will soon be seen in Ahishor Solomon’s Wild Dog, which will hit screens this Friday. He plays the role of an NIA officer called Vinay Varma, who’s nicknamed ‘wild dog’ as he’s an encounter specialist. The film’s team is currently busy promoting it and apart from Nag, the film also stars Dia Mirza, Saiyami Kher, Ali Reza and others in key roles. While expectations are high on the film, it remains to be seen how it’ll fare upon release.
