is all set to come back on the silver screen with director
Rakesh Sasi
's next film.
As per a report in leading web platform, Anu Emmanuel has been approached to play
Allu Sirish’s love interest
in the film as the makers have plans to cast some unusual pairing for the film. The film marks the second directorial venture of Rakesh Sasi after
Vijetha. The film is yet to be titled, and it is expected to go on floors as soon as rest of the cast of the film is finalised. An official announcement regrading the same will be made soon.
Anu Emmanuel made her debut in Tollywood with Nani starrer Majnu, which was a hit. She was last seen playing Anu who has a galaxy-sized ego in Shailaja Reddy Alludu, starring alongside Akkineni Naga Chaitanya. The film didn’t fare well at the box office. She also recently starred alongside
Sivakarthikeyan in the Tamil film Namma Veettu Pillai, which was a moderate hit.
