Anisha Ambrose to visit her ancestral home this Christmas

For me Christmas has always been a time to go back to my grandparent���s home in Vizag. I remember, all the kids in the family would start decorating the Christmas tree by the end of November itself and carols would be playing the whole day on tape recorder while we would be munching on all the yummy goodies my grandmother would make. She would make a ���special non-alcoholic wine��� which was to die for. Since she passed away three years ago, Christmas has just not been the same.
I was busy with my shooting assignments this year but no matter how busy I am, I make it a point to be home during the festive season. And this time Christmas is going to be extra special for me because we are going to visit our ancestral home in

, Orissa ��� it���s one of those vintage homes with big doors and roofs. I���ve never ever been there in my life, so this will be my first time. My entire extended family will be there and I���m really looking forward to it.
