Amyra ‘relieved’ about making Tollywood debut

After several near-misses, Amyra Dastur will finally be making her debut in Telugu cinema with an upcoming film, Raju Gadu. Helmed by debutante director Sanjana Reddy, the film stars Raj Tarun as the male lead; Amyra features as a yoga tutor.
In an interview, the actress was quoted as saying, “Everyone was asking me when I will debut in Telugu, so I started to feel the pressure.But I am pleased that I am finally debuting in this happening industry. In fact, finally, I am relieved now.”
Amyra recently shot for the first schedule of the film in Goa. She confessed to know a bit of Telugu and has learnt a few cuss words too! “I guess that’s how you start learning a language,” she added.
She was last seen on screen in Jackie Chan-starrer Kung Fu Yoga.
