In a shocking turn of events, 'Pushpa' actor Jagadeesh Pratap Bandari has been arrested in connection with his girlfriend's suicide. Allegedly, the actor filmed footage of the girl and used it to blackmail her, leading to her tragic death by suicide on November 29.

Following the incident, Jagadeesh had been missing but was apprehended by the police on December 6, charged under Section 306.



The arrest has significantly impacted the shooting schedule of the highly anticipated sequel, 'Pushpa 2,' starring Allu Arjun. Filmmakers are reportedly working to minimize disruption, rearranging dates and schedules. Plans are in place to wait for Jagadeesh's potential release on bail before completing his remaining scenes.
