Allu Arjun and producer Allu Bobby inaugurated a bronze statue of their grandfather
Allu Ramalingaiah on his 100
th birth anniversary.
The Pushpa actor took to social media to share a picture from the unveiling, writing, “Unveiled the statue of my grandfather Padmashri #AlluRamalingaiah garu in ALLU Studios on his birth anniversary today along with #AlluBobby & @AlluSirish.
He was our pride and will continue to be a part of our journey at Allu studios. (sic)” Chiranjeevi will also be unveiling a statue of his late father-in-law at Rajahmundry.
Late actor and comedian Allu Ramalingaiah was born on October 2, 1922 in Palakollu, Andhra Pradesh. He was a legendary performer, having acted in more than 1000 Telugu films. Allu Arjun will soon be seen in Sukumar’s Pushpa as a coolie turned smuggler called Pushpa Raj.
Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil will be his co-stars in the film. Allu Sirish will be seen in Rakesh Sashii Prema Kadanta, with Anu Emmanuel as his co-star. The film is touted to be a rom-com. Allu Bobby is producing their cousin Varun Tej Konidela’s Ghani. The sports drama also stars
