“Nayattu” is one of the most successful Malayalam films released this year in Kerala. With Kunchacko Boban, Joju George, and Nimisha Sajayan playing the lead roles, the political thriller opened to wide appreciation by all. The film is reported to be remade in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi languages.

The film's director, Martin Prakkat is reported to have confirmed that the Telugu remake rights have been acquired by stylish star Allu Arjun under his home production ‘Geetha Arts’. The production house is said to be already in talks with some directors to remake the film in Telugu. The official announcement on the same is said to be released soon.

On the other hand, John Abraham is said to have pocketed the film's remake rights for the Hindi version.

For the Tamil remake, Gautham Vasudev Menon has been reported to have confirmed to direct this hit film. Full details of the project are currently being kept under wraps.

'Nayattu' was released on April 8, 2021. Rajesh Rajendran was the editor, Shyju Khalid handled the cinematography,

Vishnu Vijay

composed the songs and Ranjith composed the background score of the film.
