Now disaster has struck closer home, with cyclone Titli damaging several parts of
Andhra Pradesh, and celebrities from the Telugu film industry have stepped up to donate once again.
With stars like NTR Jr,
Varun Tej,
Vijay Deverakonda and Nikhil Siddharth already donating towards the cause, the latest to join the bandwagon is actor
Allu Arjun, who has donated Rs 25 lakh towards the victims of Cyclone Titli.
"I am saddened by the news and it's heart wrenching to see the damage done by the Cyclone. I pledge 25 lacs to the victims of the Titli Cyclone, let us all do our bit to help our people in these times of distress. #TitliCycloneVictims (sic)," the actor posted on his Twitter page.
Director Koratala Siva, who delivered this summer's blockbuster
Bharat Ane Nenu, also donated Rs 3 lakhs to the victims.
