Akkineni Nagarjuna wishes 'Manmadhudu' co-star Sonali Bendre a "speedy recovery"

Actress Sonali Bendre shared a sad news recently on social media that she has been diagnosed with "high-grade" cancer. Soon, her post was flooded with wishes and prayers from all over. Now, Tollywood star Akkineni Nagarjuna has also wished the 43-year-old actress, who is undergoing treatment for cancer in New York, "a speedy recovery".
Going by the handle @iamnagarjuna, he tweeted: “Wishing you a speedy recovery and all the strength to your great spirit dear @iamsonalibendre”.

Nagarjuna and Sonali have worked together in the K Vijaya Bhaskar directorial ‘Manmadhudu’, which was a runaway hit. Bendre made her Tollywood debut with Mahesh Babu starrer ‘Murari’, which was a silver jubilee film.
Later on, she showed her stint in films such as ‘Indra’, ‘Khadgam’, and ‘Shankar Dada MBBS’. Nagarjuna is busy with the shoot of his upcoming film with director Sriram Adittya. He is sharing screen space with Nani in this film.
