Akkineni Nagarjuna to team up with a debutant director for a cop drama?

Akkineni Nagarjuna, who was last seen in the sequel to Manmadhudu, is all set to star in another cop drama. Debutant director Solomon will helm the project while Nag will be produced under the banner Annapurna Studios.
Speculations are doing the rounds that Nagarjuna has expressed his interest to work with Solomon. He will be seen essaying a powerful cop in the movie.Things are at a nascent stage, and it is said that the project might happen in 2020 if everything falls in place. This is the third time Nagarjuna is playing the cop after Sivamani and officer. The details of the project and the cast are kept under wraps. An official announcement will be made soon by the makers.
Akkineni Nagarjuna also has part of a Bollywood movie Brahmastra, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Mouni Roy. The shoot of the film is expected to be wrapped up soon and is said to be released sometime in next year. The movie is directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Fox Star Studios and Dharma Productions.
