The 32-year-old actor, also known for his gritty entertainers, is in talks with Tollywood’s acclaimed director Merlapaka Gandhi to star in a romantic entertainer with actress Nithya Menen. Although reports have not been confirmed, sources have revealed that they have shown a keen interest in being part of the project.
Meanwhile, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is busy shooting for his next with Shiva Nirvana’s film ‘
Majili
’, where he is sharing screen space with his spouse Samantha in the film. This will mark the first film after their wedding. Merlapaka Gandhi has helmed three different films including ‘
Venkatadri Express
’, ‘Express Raja’ and ‘Krishnarjuna Yudham’ so far.
