Akkineni Akhil to team up with director Prashanth Varma?

Three-film-old director Prashanth Varma has carved a niche for himself in the Telugu film industry with consecutive hits. His recently-released film Kalki, starring Dr Rajasekhar, Nandita Shwetha, Pujita Ponnada and Scarlett Mellish Wilson went on to become a super hit at the box office.
According to reports, Prashanth Varma’s next film would be with Akhil Akkineni, and he has already approached the actor for his next project.He has reportedly met Akhil to narrate the story and the screenplay of his upcoming film, which will be bankrolled by Niranjan Reddy under the banner of Matinee Entertainment. However, nothing is concrete as of now, as the actor is presently shooting for Bommarillu Bhaskar directorial.
Priyanka Mohan is in talks to play the leading lady in Akhil4, which is being bankrolled by Bunny Vasu and Allu Aravind under GA2 Pictures banner. The film will have cinematography by V Manikandan, who earlier worked for Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyaathavaasi. Gopi Sunder is in charge of composing tunes for this flick. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalised.
