Ajay Bhupati confirms RX 100 sequel

Ajay Bhupathi’s 2018 sleeper hit RX 100 starring Kartikeya and Payal Rajput still remains a fan-favourite for many.
The climax and Payal’s character in particular made the film a game-changer, setting it apart from the numerous love stories Tollywood churns out. Now, buzz is that the director is all set to make a sequel for the film. During a recent LIVE session on social media, the director apparently told his fans that a sequel is being planned.However, before this can happen, Ajay will begin shoot for Maha Samudram with Sharwanand in the lead.
The news comes as surprise to fans, especially seeing as how the film wraps up for Shiva and Indu, the lead characters. While it’s too early to predict, speculation is rife if Karthikeya and Payal will be cast again. The news is all the more exciting seeing as how the film is being remade in Hindi with Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria in lead roles, with the title Tadap. It’s also being remade in Kannada as Shiva 143.
