After watching Padi Padi Leche Manasu every girl will want a lover like Surya

Sharwanand’s face lights up when he’s talking about his role in Padi Padi Leche Manasu. The character has changed him as a person for the better, reckons the actor. “I play a football aficionado called Surya; he is a free spirited soul who lives life without a rulebook. I loved the character so much, that I retained
a bit of Surya in me. I have become a lot more light-hearted and started taking things as they come, like Surya does in the film. That’s what films do to you,” beams Sharwa.

The actor thinks that the film will teach boys a few new ways to woo their lady loves. “Surya believes every day is new and finds a
different way to love his girl every day.

The way Surya makes Vaishali fall for him is something that you’d never have seen before. You’ll be amazed with Surya’s persistence and the way he rises above petty conflicts and differences to win the heart of his lady love, Vaishali. Every girl would come out of theatres wanting a lover like Surya. The guys too are sure to find new ideas to woo their girls through this film,” he says, smiling.

Showering praises on his co-star, Sai Pallavi, Sharwa says, “Sai Pallavi is a blessed actress and we really connected as friends. Even in the intimate sequences, she made me feel so comfortable. Director Hanu Raghavapudi let us be ourselves and improvise on the sequence and he deserves all the credit for making us look as good as we do in the film.”

The Mahanubhavudu actor also picked a few Bengali words while shooting for the film in Kolkata. “The city makes for a poetic backdrop for a love story and we’ve captured the identity of Kolkata better than any other Telugu film. It’ll be very interesting for a viewer to understand the lives of the Telugu speaking community in Kolkata,” he explains.

The film will also offer loads of laughs says the actor. “The likes of Priyadarshi, Satyam Rajesh, Sunil and Vennela Kishore will leave the audience in splits,” says Sharwa signing off.

Produced by Prasad Chukkapalli and Sudhakar Cherukuri under Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas, Padi Padi Leche Manasu is releasing tomorrow.
