Actress Surekha Vani expressed grief over the passing of 26-year-old

YouTuber Gayatri

aka Dolly D’Cruz who was killed in an accident at

Gachibowli

on Friday.

Paying condolences to the content creator and reminiscing of their bond, she wrote on social media, “How could u leave this mom..! Had really best times together..! Still I can’t believe this..! Can u pleeee Come bck soon ra will hv a nice party..! Heyy lot to share..! Many more to do together..! Come raa come..! This is not time to go itz too early to leave us..! I dnt wana miss u..! Tcre..! Love u forever..! (sic)”

According to the police,

Gayatri

was returning from a Holi party along with a friend, who was driving the vehicle. The car rammed into a divider due to over-speeding and Gayatri succumbed to death. Along with her, a municipal worker who was watering plants at the divider also passed away in the accident. The friend who was driving the car is grievously injured and is currently hospitalised. Police are yet to confirm if the friend was under the influence of alcohol while driving.

Gayatri is a known face on social media and has even acted in several web-series. She rose to fame with the show Madam Sir Madam Anthe and has played roles in several short-films.
