called out a five-star hotel for charging a bomb for three boiled eggs last year? Our very own actor Nandu decided to try out the same while staying away from home at a five-star hotel in Mumbai on work.
He shared a video that has now gone viral. Actor Nandu has been hosting a sports show since the last few weeks and he alerted his fans on Friday by giving a heads-up about his upcoming video. He wrote, “5-star hotel.. Moodu gudlu katha..premiering @ 9 pm. On my insta feed. Avakkuavuthaaru” (sic) (A tale of a 5-star hotel and three eggs, premiering @ 9 pm. On my insta. You will be shocked.)
In the video he shared, Nandu dials up hotel staff and orders three boiled eggs, asking them how much they cost. The staff replies that it costs Rs 946 after 25% discount. Nandu asks in shock, “I’m asking the cost of just three boiled eggs,” and receives the same answer. He hilariously captioned the video, “Guddu Pagilindhi” which translates to ‘the egg has broken’.
Apart from the sports show, Nandu has wrapped up shooting for his
upcoming film Bomma Blockbuster
with anchor-cum-actress
Rashmi Gautam. Nandu plays Pothuraju, a fan of
Puri Jagannadh in the film. Rashmi plays Vaani, his love interest. The teaser of the film was received well, further details are awaited.
