''Hridayam'' has music by Hesham Abdul Wahab, while Viswajith Odukkathil has cranked the camera. It is produced by Visakh Subramaniam and Noble Babu Thomas under the banner of Merryland Cinemas in association with Big Bang Entertainments. The film also features Aju Varghese, Arun Kurian, Vijayaraghavan and Baiju Santhosh in key roles. The film marks the third outing of Pranav Mohanlal as a solo lead.

S Thirunavukarasu is on board as the cinematographer, while the project will be edited by Navin Nooli.
