80's reunion, 2019: From Chiranjeevi to Mohanlal, South stars have a gala time

Every year, the film stars of the 1980s grandly celebrate their reunion. Top heroes and heroines that ruled the roost in the 1980s would get-together for a themed event which is the highlight. This year too, the gathering of the 1980s stars happened at the house of megastar Chiranjeevi in Hyderabad. While top stars from the Tamil and Telugu film industries such as Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, and Balakrishna could not make it to this year's reunion that happened on November 24, Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi made his presence felt. Others that were present at this event were Malayalam superstar Mohanlal, Daggubati Venkatesh, Bollywood star Jackie Shroff, Raadhika, Sarathkumar, Khushboo Sundar, Shobana Chandrakumar, Prabhu, Sumalatha, K. Bhagyaraj, Suhasini Maniratnam, Revathi, Jaya Prada, Naresh, Amala Akkineni, Suresh, etc. The stars of the 1980s met for a get-together and spent time reliving their past experiences. The venue for each year would be different. While this year it was at Chiranjeevi's home in Hyderabad, last year it was in Chennai. A few pictures from the event have been circulating online, and from what we see, we gather that the theme was black and gold. As part of the reunion, the stars participated in several indoor games. Check out the pics:This year the buddies met on November 24 with loads of excitement. Everyone from the group abided by the dress code and coupled black and gold costumes. Actors like Chiranjeevi, Suhasini Maniratnam, Radhika Sarathkumar and others attended the reunion in black and gold outfits as per the theme of the party. Much like every year, this year too, the 80s reunion club had followed a dress code. According to the reports, black and gold dresses were chosen as the theme of this year's reunion. The besties met for the 10th annual reunion in Hyderabad on November 24. In this reunion, actors who dominate films in other industries but also acted in 80's Telugu cinemas like Jackie Shroff, Sarathkumar, Ramesh Arvind, Bhagyaraj, Prabhu, Jayaram and many more joined the gang. At least 37 actors from the 80's cinema attended the event. Previous editions of the reunion have seen Rajinikanth and Ramya Krishnan in attendance as well. Radikaa Sarathkumar, Sarath Kumar, Bhanu Chander and Prabhu were seen at the Hyderabad airport before attending the event.
