5 Upcoming films have dual role storylines in Indian Cinema?
Dual role flicks are the age-old formula in Indian cinema, however, some of the best blockbusters of yesteryear stars such as NTR’s ‘Ramudu Bheemudu’, MGR’s ‘Engal Veettu Pillai’, Hindi film ‘Ram aur Shyam’ are dual role flicks that have fetched some of the biggest commercial successes for the above stars. There are several such examples in the past such as Suriya’s ‘Ghazini’, Ravi Teja’s ‘Vikramarkudu’, and JrNTR’s ‘Adhurs’. Now there seems to be a season for the above formula once again, check the below list of Indian films that are reported to be dual-role flicks….!

‘Salaar’
Prabhas’s upcoming action thriller film being directed by Prashanth Neel of ‘KGF’ fame is touted to be a dural role film. The film also has Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu and others playing other important roles in the film. That has its camera cranked by Bhuvan Gowda, music composed by Ravi Basrur ad the film edited by Ujwal Kulkarni.

‘NTR30’
One of the most talked about town films In the market is ‘NTR30’. The film casts Saif Ali Khan playing the key role in this film (his Tollywood debut) is being written and directed by Koratala Siva, and also features Janhvi Kapoor playing the female lead.

Kamal Haasan - 'Indian 2'
‘Indian’ was a vigilante action film by S. Shankar in 1996 and now they are coming up with a sequel to the above with an ensemble star cast that is said to feature Kamal Haasan once again in the dual roles. The film will have its music composed by Anirudh Ravichander while it is being shot by two cinematographers Ravi Varman and Rathavelu. While the film is edited by A. Sreekar Prasad.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu - ‘Vampires of Vijayanagar’
Bollywood Actor Ayushmann Khurrana and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s horror-comedy is said to feature Samantha Ruth Prabhu playing the female lead and the film is said to be a big-scale production that will reportedly feature Samantha in dual roles.

Ramcharan - ‘Game Changer’
The above is a political action thriller film written by Karthik Subbaraj and directed by Shankar Shanmugam in his Telugu debut. The film is produced by Dil Raju with an ensemble star cast once again and the film will reportedly feature Ram Charan in dual roles. S.Thaman is composing the music for this that will have Kiara Advani and Anjali playing the female leads.
