Madhav and Seenu are good friends, Seenu saves Madhav from a deadly accident but loses his leg in the process, and the two become friends for life from then. Later Madhav loves a girl Amrutha and the same girl is loved by Seenu.

Learning this Madhav sacrifices his love for his friend without seenu’s knowledge and she learns about the whole thing but likes Madhav’s, which Seenu understands. that Madhav was ready to sacrifice his love for his best friend's happiness, which he returns back for his belovd friend.

If our parents are good friends with the neighbors or with colleagues at their workplace, it is not necessary that their children will follow their parents, the next generation can be different, they might not like each other or get into romantic relationships or even become enemies.

This Telugu film made on similar lines, where parents are good neighbors, then become good friends but their children who were born in the same year, studied in the same college dislike each other gradually, later after splitting away from each other realizes the value of their relationship and unite back.
