Tollywood actor Adivi Sesh

, who is playing the titular role of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan in the upcoming film Major, went to Mumbai to remember the soldiers who martyred in the dreadful attacks. On Thursday, the actor took to Twitter to reveal that he will pay tribute to the martyrs who were brave and extremely committed to the profession of soldiering and have made the supreme sacrifice for the nation. And also will arrange a

small get-together

commemorating the memories of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan.

Major Unnikrishnan, an Indian Army officer who was serving in the elite 51 Special Action Group of the National Security Guards (NSG), died fighting the Pakistani terrorists who were holed up in the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. He was martyred after he had rescued the hostages trapped in the hotel and for his exemplary bravery. He was awarded the nation's highest peacetime gallantry award, Ashok Chakra.
