10 years for Gabbar Singh: Bandla Ganesh gifts Harish Shankar a new watch

Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan’s blockbuster film Gabbar Singh completed a decade of release and Bandla Ganesh surprised director Harish Shankar with a special gift. The actor-turned-producer gifted him a swanky wristwatch.
The duo met up on Wednesday to celebrate the occasion. Harish took to social media to share pictures of the watch, writing, “Thank you for the surprise my BlockBuster Producer @ganeshbandla thanks again for ur extraordinary support in making GabbarSingh … ur always special to me.(sic)”

The director also stated that it would’ve been impossible to make the film in the given time if Bandla Ganesh wasn’t the producer of the film. The film was a comeback film for Pawan Kalyan and he had scored a blockbuster after 10 long years. The film hit screens in 2012 and was received well. The actor also acted in the sequel, titled Sardar Gabbar Singh, which tanked.
And now, 10 years later, Pawan Kalyan will be teaming up with Harish Shankar again for a film titled Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh. Shooting for the film is expected to begin soon as the actor is currently shooting for Hari Hara Veera Mallu. Bandla Ganesh has also said in the past that he will produce another film with Pawan, even if nothing is on the books yet.
