Mithai celebrates friendship day by unveiling its teaser on August 5

Debutant director Prashant Kumar's ‘Mithai’, a dark and surreal comedy film, which wrapped up its shoot last month, is now getting ready to unveil its teaser on August 5, on the occasion friendship day.
The film which is being produced by Red Ants casts Kamal Kamaraju, Ravi Varma, Rahul Ramakrishna and Priyadarshi in lead roles. Recently, the movie released the first look and descriptions of the lead characters as well.
The movie, which is created and fits in an unconventional genre, has a synopsis that reads like, "The Dude abides but he must help two losers find the thief in a twisted plot of love and fate," (sic) its social media handle.
As the film is all set to hit the screens in September, the film also casts Vijay Marur, Swetha Varma, Ajay Ghosh and Bushan Kalyan in prominent roles. 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi' and ‘Pelli Choopulu’ fame Vivek Sagar has composed the music for the film, Ravi Varman has helmed the cinematography and Garry BH the editing.
