Maharshi teaser: Lack of imagination and cliched punch dialogues play spoilsport

, starring Mahesh Babu, Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh released its teaser on the occasion of Ugadi today and has started reaping a number of digital views on all social media platforms.

The-one-and-a-half minute teaser that shows Mahesh in a suave, yet massy role, lacks any imagination or promise. The teaser is filled with cliched punch dialogues, such as 'Success lo full stops undavu, commas maatrame untaayi' (There are no full stops in success, only commas). The teaser doesn't offer anything new that sets Maharshi apart from Mahesh Babu's previous films. With the routine running styles and action sequences just like his previous films Pokiri and Bharat Ane Nenu, the teaser of Maharshi falls down without much creativity. One hopes that the film will fare better.

Maharshi, that is slated to release on May 9th under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Creations, Vyjayanthi Movies and PVP cinemas is written by Vamshi Paidipally, Hari and Solomon.
