Kalyanji Gogana’s second project Kadal commences shoot

Director Kalyanji Gogana created a lot of buzz in the industry last year with his debut film

Natakam

, which unfortunately failed to meet the expectations of the audience.

The director has now begun filming his second project titled

Kadal

. Continuing his hold on love stories, he is back with a romantic drama that has Viswant in the lead role. The actor who has played the sidekicks in films like Vismayam and Kerintha will be playing the lead in this film.

The film that is being marketed as being based on a

true love story

which took place in 2004 sees Mani Sharma composing the music. Bankrolled under the banner of JK Creations, the film’s first look posters were released this Tuesday. The shoot for the film commenced on Wednesday.
