George Reddy to hit the screens on November 22

, the film which is being made on the life of the renowned student leader from the Osmania University has already created quite a buzz in the both Telugu states with its powerful trailer.

Now, the latest news is that the film is slated for release on November 22. The film will supposedly trace how George progressed to being a student leader who fought for the rights of underprivileged students and became a hero of sorts between 1965 and 1975, when he was killed.

Starring Vangaveeti fame Sandeep Madhav in the title role, the film is presently in post-production. Directed by Dalam fame Jeevan Reddy, the film is produced by Mic Movies. Speaking about the film, producers Appireddy, and representatives of Silly Monks and Three Lines said, "We are so happy with the response for the film's trailer. Abhishek Pictures has bought the film's distribution rights and we are thankful to them for taking the film to another level. We are quite confident about the movie as we have made it sans any compromise. We are sure everyone will like it."

The film sees Satya Dev in a key role apart from Muskaan, Manoj Nandam, Chaitanya Krishna, Shatru, Vinay Varma, Tiruveer, Abhay, Mahati and others. George Reddy sees music composed by Suresh Bobbili and Sudhakar Yakkanti as the cinematographer.
