‘Mahanubhavudu’ box-office collections in US day three: Sharwanand starrer collects Rs 3.36 crore

Maruti directorial Mahanubhavudu which released on September 29, has managed to collect Rs 3.36 crore till the end of Sunday. Starring Sharwanand and Mehreen Pirzada in the lead, the film has Sharwanand in the role of an urbane young man suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and how it turns out to be a factor influencing his love life.

What largely worked in the film’s favour was the previews in the US on Thursday, a day ahead of its official release which reportedly fetched around $88,000.On Friday, the film collected $124,504, on Saturday, $203,708 and on Sunday, it collected around $97,429 taking the total collections to $513,616 which roughly translates into around R 3.36 crore. Nasser and Vennela Kishore play key roles in the film.
