'Lucky Bhaskar' box office collection day 9: Dulquer Salmaan's film collects Rs 2.50 crore

Dulquer Salmaan's latest Telugu film, 'Lucky Bhaskar', has made a strong presence at the box office. Directed by Venky Atluri, this financial drama has been performing well at the box office minting over Rs 2.50 crore.

As per a report by Sacnilk, the film earned approximately Rs 2.50 crore on its ninth day, bringing its total collection to over Rs 43.60 crore in India.

On November 8, 'Lucky Bhaskar' recorded an overall Telugu occupancy rate of 23.99%, with morning shows at 16.18%, afternoon shows at 20.24%, evening shows at 22.52%, and night shows peaking at 37.01%. The film also performed well in Tamil and Malayalam markets, with occupancy rates of 31.24% and 23.22%, respectively.

Despite facing competition from other Diwali releases, 'Lucky Bhaskar' has managed to maintain a steady audience presence.

The film, which stars Meenakshi Chaudhari alongside Dulquer, is set against the backdrop of the banking sector in India during the late 1980s and early 1990s. It tells the story of Baskhar Kumar, an ordinary middle-class banker who faces mounting financial pressures while trying to support his family. His life takes a dramatic turn when he unexpectedly discovers a large sum of money and decides to keep it a secret, leading to a series of thrilling events.

The film features a talented cast including Surya Srinivas, Kishore Raju Vasistha, Ramki, and Rithvik in key roles.
