Megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Khaidi No 150' turns out to become the second fastest movie of Tollywood to have surpassed the Rs 100 crore club, worldwide after Baahubali. The movie which is the veteran's comeback after nearly a decade to the big screen is still running to packed houses.
By the end of first week (Wednesday) since its release, it is reported that the movie has minted as much as Rs 67.25 crore world wide as net and Rs 97 crore in gross.
The movie, which was hit by another big ticket film the very next day (Thursday) survived on Friday and is said to have recovered 70 per cent of the investments to the distributors in a short span of four days.
The film has emerged to become the highest grosser in the first week of its release, across Southern parts, allegedly. The movie minted about Rs 54.98 crore alone in AP and Telangana states.
