'Ka' box office collection day 4: Kiran Abbavaram's film grosses Rs 14.15 crore

The Telugu film 'Ka', starring Kiran Abbavaram, has been performing well since its release on October 31, 2024, with the Diwali festival. Directed by Sujeeth and Sandeep and starring Kiran Abbavaram, the film earned around Rs 3.75 crore India net on its fourth day.

As per trade analyst Sacnilk, as of its fourth day in theatres, 'Ka' has grossed approximately Rs 14.15 crore, with day-by-day earnings showing a positive trend. The film opened with Rs 3.5 crore on its first day, followed by Rs 3 crore on the second day, Rs 3.6 crore on the third day, and Rs 3.75 crore on Sunday, November 3.

The overall occupancy rate for Telugu screenings was impressive at 71.83%, indicating strong audience interest with Morning Shows at 47.82%, Afternoon Shows at 76.63%, Evening Shows at 84.28% and Night Shows at 78.58%.

This period thriller is set in the fictional village of Krishnagiri and revolves around a postman named Abhinaya Vasudev, played by Kiran Abbavaram.

The story unfolds through flashbacks as Abhinaya Vasudev, a cheerful postman with a close bond with the villagers, gets involved in a mystery when several women from Krishnagiri start disappearing. He is determined to uncover the truth. The film's climax is particularly noted for its unexpected twists, keeping viewers engaged throughout.

The film also features Nayan Sarika and Tanvi Ram in leading roles.

The film is expected to continue performing well at the box office and later is also anticipated to be streamed online on the ETV WIN OTT platform.
