'Hanu Man' box office day 2: Mythological superhero film grosses Rs 13 crore

The Teja Sajja starrer was released in theatres on Friday. The mythological superhero film reeived a lot of postive reviews from fans and the film on day 1 made Rs 10 crore at he box office and on day 2 it has made Rs 13 crore at the box office. The film is suspected to perform well at the box office over the weekend and Pongal holidays as the praise for the film through word of mouth is high.
The film now stands at a total collection of Rs 30 crore including the earning made by the film premiere show on Thursday in theatres.The movie is running with a theatre occupancy of 83%. Apart from Telugu states, Hanu Man has got a good a good viewership in Hindi states as well and the movie managed to make more than a crore on day 1 in the Hindi belt.

Directed by Prashanth Varma, the film is a super hero action and the cast includes Teja Sajja, Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Vinay Rai in lead roles. The movie is the first installment of Prashanth Varma's cinematic universe, and following Hanu Man, the director's next project is titled Adhira and it is soon expected to go on floors.
