Bhola Shankar box office collection day 2: Chiranjeevi starrer sees a dip by 50%

The Telugu film 'Bhola Shankar' was released in theatres on August 11. Starring Chiranjeevi, Tamannaah Bhatia, Keerthy Suresh in lead roles, the movie received negative reviews from the fans after its release. Directed by Meher Ramesh, the movie is the remake of Tamil film Vedalam that starred Ajith, Shruti Haasan and Lakshmi Menon. The movie on day 1 of its release made a gross of Rs 16 crore at the box office and on day it saw a major drop and the movie minted less than half of day 1. Reportedly, Bhola Shankar made Rs 7 crore at the box office on day 2. Though it was the start of the long weekend, the movie did not perform well and saw a major decline. Though the movie has grossed more than Rs 20 crore at the box office, it is still uncertain if the film will break even at the box office.Bhola Shankar was made with a budget of Rs 100 crore.
