Synopsis: Ramachandrayya (Nasser) is an honest cop who wants his son, Surya (Srikanth) to become an IPS officer. But Surya isn’t interested. But one day Ramachandrayya gets killed and an enraged Surya goes about setting the system right in revenge.

Movie Review: It’s another vigilante movie that’s very low on IQ and high on misplaced jingoism. Sample the most powerful punch dialogue in the movie. “Aeey! Break the rules. . . no FIR. . . no court. . .no judgment. . .only punishment!” The protagonist, Surya keeps sermonizing as he goes about setting everything that is wrong with our system. However, “Superstar” Kirshna mouthing some famous dialogues - Bhaiyaniki Meaning Theliyani Bloodra Nadi & OkKasari Commit Aithe Naa Mata Nene Vinanu - of his son Mahesh Babu got the biggest cheers in the theatres. That the movie happens to be the last for Krishna might have something to do with that. For if nothing this movie will be remembered as the matinee idols last movie. But the sad part is Krishna is only has a less-than-10-minute role in the proceedings.

Well, it all starts off with Ramchandrayya, an honest police head constable. His dream is to see his son, Surya become an IPS officer. Though Surya clears the civil services, he plans to move out of this corrupt country and settle in America. Then he happens to run into Krishna Prasad (Krishna), a billionaire NRI who returns to Vijayawada to turn it into a “golden city!” Balram Jadoo, (Pradeep Rawat) the local don hatches a plan to assassinate Krishna Prasad. Ramachandrayya also gets killed in the bargain. Then Srikanth joins hands with Kirshna Prasad’s daughter, Manjula to rid the city of all the baddies. It just gets too lame from here on.

The performances are just a little too indulgent. Srikanth goes about playing the angry cop with all his enthusiasm as does Charmme playing his love interest. But for all their effort, the end result is pretty formulaic. The background score is loud, and the cinematography, ordinary, like most things about the movie.
