Dandupalyam director to make Tollywood debut with Sharwa

Srinivas Raju, who debuted as a director with the blockbuster crime-drama Dandupalya in Kannada, which also became a runaway success after being dubbed in Telugu as Dandupalyam, has confirmed that he will be helming a Tollywood film soon with Sharwanand in the lead. “I have waited a long time for my debut in Telugu and I’m really thrilled to rope in a versatile actor like Sharwanand for my first film.

All I can say is that it will be something absolutely unique and the biggest film in the career of Sharwanand till date,” said Srinivas Raju adding that the film will not be a love story. The film will go on floors once Sharwanand completes his current project with director Hanu Raghavapudi, he said.
