It has been reported that the film will have five songs, out of which lyricist Snehan has penned three. The song ‘Minnal Pookum Undhan Kangal’ is penned by

Pazhani Bharathi

and is sung by Karthik.

and Manisha Yadav in the lead roles is directed by Aadhiraajan. The movie has completed over 70%of shooting and the final schedule is underway. Aadhiraajan speaking to the media, reportedly stated that Ilaiyaraaja has written more than 100 songs, but the song that he has written for this movie is very special and close to Aadhiraajan. He also added that he had requested Ilaiyaraaja to have Yuvan Shankar Raja sing the song and he immediately agreed to it.
