Vijay’s Bigil audio launched

The grand audio launch of Thalapathy Vijay’

was held at a private college in Chennai on Thursday. The venue was packed as Vijay fans thronged the venue to have a glimpse of their favourite actor. The event was hosted by Mirchi Siva and VJ Ramya. Rahman performed few peppy numbes from the film for the audience. This was followed by speeches from the crew.

The singles Singappenney (sung by

), Verithanam (sung by actor Vijay himself) and Unakaga sung by Sreekanth Hariharan and Madhura Dhara Talluri were released as singles prior to the audio launch. These songs had already topped the music charts. Two more themed tracks from the film were released at the event.

Bigil is slated for a Deepavali release. The movie directed by Atlee has Vijay, Nayanthara, Vivek, Kathir, Gayathri Reddy, Indhuja, Yogi Babu and Robo Shankar in important roles. Cinematography is by KG Vishnu.
