Sid Sriram and Vignesh Shivan praise each other; here’s why

Sid Sriram has been one the leading singers in the Kollywood industry and has mesmerized audience with several hit numbers in the last couple of years. And the younger singer has worked with some of the most happening composers in the Tamil film industry. Anirudh is one among them and the duo’s song ‘Yennai Maatrum Kadhale’ from ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ is one of those hit numbers the singer has sung in Kollywood.
Today, the singer has shared a video snippet of him singing the number while accompanying himself on keys. As a caption to the video he has shared, he writes a few lines, showering praises on its composer Anirudh and its lyricist Vignesh Shivan. Sid Sriram writes, “Shouts out to brother @anirudhofficial for this fire composition and @VigneshShivN for the wonderfully flowing lyrics. YMK will always be a fav (sic).” Seeing his post, Vignesh Shivan, who also directed the film, replies, saying that Sid Sriram’s voice beats everything and adds that he is truly gifted. The film, which released in 2015, stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles.
