Parvathy reminisces this song from Maryan as the film completes eight years

, when it released in 2013, was much appreciated by movie buffs. The film traces the survival of its lead character after he gets trapped in Sudan. The survival film, directed by Bharat Bala, also has Parvathy Thiruvothu in the lead role. The characters played by Dhanush and Parvathy are lovers in a small village named Neerody in Tamil Nadu . And the hero leaves to Sudan with the hopes of coming back to her ladylove and lead a better life. But things turns worse there and then, it's his struggle to somehow come back home and rejoin with his lover forms the rest of the plot.

The film was released in July 2013. Now, as the film completes 8 years, Parvathy reminisces a song from the film. The actress, on social media, shares a snippet of the song and writes, " How @arrahman spun his magic into this choir song! @bharatbala 8 years of Maryan! Cheers! (

)." The song is shot in a church. And the song is a melodious one, sung by a chorus and backed by string instruments, adding to the beauty of the song. Flute lead in the song is another highlight of the number.
