Film: ThadamComposer:Arun RajMusic Review: The first song of the album, Inayae, which has Sid Sriram and Padmalatha lending their voice to, is a soothing melody featuring the film’s lead actors. The usage of various instruments adequately is the highlight of this track. Thappu Thanda, sung by Mahalingam, Arun Raj and Rohit, is a ‘Tasmac song’ which has the protagonist shaking legs with his friends after getting high. The song is a fast-paced number with some neatly arranged beats and ‘local’ lyrics by Eknath mixed in such a way that it makes you want to dance like there’s no tomorrow. Vidhi Nadhiyae is a slow-paced track that has some beautiful lyrics by Madhan Karky. Revanth’s mellifluous voice is a value addition to this catchy song, which grows on you after repeated hearings, thanks to its subtle composition. Overall, Thadam has a satisfying soundtrack with limited number of songs, staying true to its genre.
