Review: With just four songs, the album begins with Ninnavan Ninnavan, a tiruvizha song crooned by Gana Bala. The song is a tribute to Lord Muruga and draws parallels with values of life. An unusual number for Gana Bala. The interludes are interesting with nadaswaram, flute and mridangam doing their bit. Next is Solla Solla, a romantic number that is ultra-slow.

Surmugi sings the track with ease, but her voice sounds screechy when the pitch gets high. Standard beats and lyrics, a harmonium in the interludes and a relatable voice that is what the strictly average Samarasam, a pathos number, is all about. Karthigeyan gives a promising start to the track but as the song proceeds, we lose interest. Finally, there is Thanni Potta, a kuthu number that is composed as a motivational song for youngsters. It talks about the harmful effects of drinking and smoking and suggests that everyone should quit those habits.
