Illaiyaraaja to conduct a live concert on his 80th birthday

after the pandemic lockdown, conducted a live concert on March 2022 in Chennai. Now, the maestro will reportedly be conducting another live concert at Coimbatore in June. Reportedly, the composer marking his 80th birthday on June 2 will be performing a live concert in Coimbatore.

It is stated that the veteran music director will be performing his evergreen hits ‘Thendral Vanthu Theendumbothu’ and ‘Ilaya Nila’. The music director has composed more than 9,000 songs. The music director in a press release reportedly said that it is a pleasure to hold a live concert in Coimbatore on his birthday.

and many more are said to attend and perform along with Illaiyaraaja. The press release also suggested that film fraternities and top stars will also share the stage with the music composer on June 2.
