. The latest we hear about the film is that legendary composer
Ilaiyaraaja will score the music. Vishal announced the news on his micro-blogging page and also posted few pictures with the musician. The post read, “On this wonderful Day as I enter into my 15th year in the Industry, I am Delighted to have #Ilaiyaraaja Sir onboard for composing the music for #Thupparivaalan2.My Career comes a full circle by having #Maestro composing music for my film for the first time....GB.”
We hear that Vishal and
Prasanna will reprise the roles they played the original. It is said that the film will pick up from where the original was left of. Though this is the first time that Ilaiyaraaja is working with Vishal, the composer had teamed up with Mysskin for his films Nandalala and Onaayum Aattukkuttiyum.
