Aditi Shankar, will be making her film debut and will be seen playing the female lead opposite
Karthi in the film. Meanwhile, the makers have now released the first single '
Kanja Poovu Kannala
' from the film.
Produced by Suriya and Jyotika under their home banner 2D Entertainment, the film has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The single 'Kanja Poovu Kannala', a melodious track has been penned by lyricist Karumathur Manimaran has been sung by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Sid Sriram.
The shooting of the film, which had been shot in regions around Madurai was wrapped recently, and the post-production work for the film is progressing steadily. This rural drama will be set in and around south Tamil Nadu, especially Theni, and talk about the importance of family and relationships. Raj Kiran, who was also part of Komban, will be seen in a crucial role. Prakash raj and Soori are also part of the cast.
