Confirmed! 'Vaathi' first single to arrive on THIS day

Dhanush is now awaiting the release of his next film ‘Vaathi’ directed by Venky Atluri. The Tamil – Telugu bilingual film is all set to release in theatres on December 2. The movie has Dhanush and Samyuktha Menon in the lead roles and the music for the movie is composed by GV Prakash Kumar. A couple of days back, the music composer took to social media to announce that the first single from the movie will be out soon. He also revealed that the lyrics for the song are penned by Dhanush.

Now, the new update is that the song will be out on November 10. Taking to Twitter, GV Prakash shared a new poster from ‘Vaathi’ and announced that the first single which is a romantic song sung by Shwetha Mohan will be out on November 10. He wrote, “The first single from #Vaathi #Sir movie written by our @dhanushkraja (Tamil) and @ramjowrites (Telugu) is all set to release on November 10th.”

The teaser of the movie was launched last month and it was well received. The movie makers are yet to launch the trailer of the film. On the work front, Dhanush was last seen in ‘Naane Varuvaen’ and is currently shooting for the period action drama ‘Captain Miller’ directed by Arun Matheswaran. ‘Vaathi’ will be the fifth release of the actor this year following ‘Maaran’, ‘The Gray Man’,’ Thiruchitrambalam’ and ‘Naane Varuvaen’.
