Vasanth’s film ‘Sivaranjiniyum Innum Sila Pengalum’, which has been getting a lot of acclaims from various corners, has won another award now. The film has been awarded the Best Film at the 19
thChennai International Film Festival and its actress Lakshmipriyaa Chandramouli has been presented with the Special Jury award for her performance in the film. The actress herself has shared the news on her social media page.
She also has shared the pics from the award ceremony. Lakshmipriyaa sounds totally elated and it is clear from the post she has shared on her social networking page.
On her social media page, Lakshmipriyaa writes, “Very happy to announce that #SivaranjaniyumInnumSilaPengalum won the BEST FILM award at the 19th Chennai International Film Festival and I won the SPECIAL JURY award for my performance in the film. This is my first ever award for film acting and firsts are always special. A big thanks to the jury for these awards and huge huge thanks to my director @directorvasanth.official sir for believing me and for giving me Sivaranjani 🙂🙏 Congratulations to the other winners too! Lakshmipriya, who made her Kollywood debut a decade ago, has been part of several acclaimed projects, including Dhanush’s ‘Karnan’. Recently, she was also part of the Tamil reality show called 'Survivor Tamil'.
