'Baahubali' breaks records at the box-office

Bahubali crosses Rs 500 crore mark at the box office in four weeks: Looks like there is no stopping for Prabhas and Tamannaah Bhatia starrer Bahubali. After conquering box office and millions of heart with larger than life cinema experience, the film has now gone ahead to add another feather to its cap. According to a report on Newsnation.in, the film has made another mark by earning Rs 500 crore in four weeks. The report further stated that Bahubali has now become the highest business making South Indian film, leaving behind Rajinikanth and Aishwariya Rai Bachchan starrer sci-fi hit Enthiran which earned Rs 283 crore. The other records that the film holds are, being fastest among all Indian films to reach Rs 100 crore (2 days), Rs 200 crore (5 days), and Rs 300 crore (8 days) thresholds of international box office revenue.

SS Rajamouli’s film Baahubali is turning out to be a minting machine! In just five days of its release, the film has already entered Rs 200 crore club worldwide. The South Indian blockbuster is winning hearts in the form of money all over the world. According to a report on IANS, the movie is said to be the fastest Indian film to enter the Rs 200 crore club. The magnum opus film grossed a whopping Rs 215 crore till Tuesday (July 14, 2015), at the ticket windows the world over. The film has maintained a high pace successfully on weekdays as well. Released in four languages - Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi - the film has astounded everyone with its performance at the box office.

SS Rajamouli’s Bahubali has entered the Rs 100 crore club! The magnum opus film, made in a budget of Rs 250 crore, has started minting money. According to an IANS report, the Prabhas and Rana Daggubati-starrer film took just two days to enter the Rs 100 crore league worldwide. The report also stated that the first weekend collection of the film was close to Rs 140 crore. Bahubali has turned out to be a record smashing venture internationally too. The Hindi version of the film earned Rs 22.35 crore in the first weekend in India.

Ace director SS rajamouli’s magnum opus film, Bahubali, has fared well at the box office worldwide. The film has been appreciated by the critics as well as fans across the globe. According to a report on Boxofficeindia.com, the all India collections of the film in all languages is around Rs 98 to 100 crore nett. The report also stated that in terms of gross collections, Bahubali has the fourth biggest opening weekend ever in India after Dhoom 3, Happy New Year and PK.

The first day collections of the film (Hindi version) stand at Rs 4.25 crore nett. Bahubali broke all records of a dubbed film, earning a good turnover on the first weekend in Bollywood. A report on Boxofficeindia.com stated that the film worked tremendously in the Mumbai circuit.
