Yogi Babu, Ramesh Thilak to star in a satire

Yogi Babu and Ramesh Thilak will be playing the leads in a film by Nattu Dev, an associate of Kaaka Muttai director Manikandan. “It is a satire that is set in Chennai and we’ve titled it Sathiya Sodhanai. The film will be going on floors in 20 days,” informs Sameer Bharat Ram, who will be producing the film.
Sameer, who has directed a segment in the upcoming comedy Ma Ma Ki Ki, is also producing Manikandan’s next, Kadaisi Vivasayi, and the team is currently scouting for locations.He will also be launching a Tamil-Telugu bilingual, which will be directed by Balu Sharma, co-writer and co-director of the Telugu hit Pelli Choopulu. “It is an urban romance, and we are planning to cast actors who are familiar in both the industries for the lead roles. But the rest of the cast will be artistes who are specific to each industry. We will be shooting the film in Chennai and Hyderabad from early next year,” he reveals.
