It is known that actor Yogi Babu is playing the protagonist director Dennis Manjunath's upcoming film 'Thookudurai', which has Ineya playing the female lead. The makers of the family entertainer, with a story that takes place across three time periods, have released the teaser of the film.
The close of one and a half minute teaser give a glimpse of a fictional village called Kailasm, in which the story is set and the story revolves around the deity's crown, which Yogi Babu and his friends are trying to steal.
Motta Rajendran, Bala Saravanan, Mahesh, Sendraayan, Marimuthu, and Namo Narayanan play supporting roles in this film, which has music by newcomer KS Manoj.
In a earlier interaction with us, the director said, “The plot revolves around the descendants of an illustrious royal family and the problem that they face. We have two period portions, with one set in the 19th century and the other in 1999. Ineya plays a girl of this royal lineage while Yogi Babu will be seen in the role of an operator of a touring talkies.”
