Popular lyricist and singer Arunraja Kamaraj made his directorial debut with the film 'Kanaa', and the women's sports drama was well praised by critics and audience. Arunraja Kamaraj made the film under his friend and actor Sivakarthikeyan's production. Aishwarya Rajesh played the lead role as a cricketer, while Sivakarthikeyan appeared in a short role as a cricket team coach. Now, the latest buzz is that the blockbuster sports drama 'Kanaa' will be remade in Hindi and fans can’t help but hope that their favourite actor makes his Bollywood entry as well.
'Kanaa’s' Telugu remake is already on the cards, and Sivakarthikeyan is set to make his Telugu debut with the film.The speculations about 'Kanaa’s' Hindi remake began after Sivakarthikeyan wished the Bollywood actress Saiyami Kher for her performance in the film 'Choked', and expressed how he was eager to see her in a cricket film. Saiyami Kher also replied, thanking Sivakarthikeyan and confirmed about her cricket film. But it's unclear whether they talked about 'Kanaa’s' Hindi remake or another cricket film. However, the big question among fans is if Sivakarthikeyan will make his Bollywood entry if the film is remade in Hindi.
Meanwhile, Sivakarthikeyan is currently involved in the films 'Doctor' and 'Ayalaan' with directors Nelson Dhilipkumar and Ravikumar respectively.
